So you have probably wondered how to lose weight. Let us show you.

No doubt you have tried everything in the search of the question ‘how to lose weight’. Consequently, we are delighted to share with you something very different from everything you have tried before.

When You Book

You will be given certain written tasks to complete before your session when you book your Weight Change Paradigm™ with one of our licensed therapists.

These tasks are specifically designed to give your therapists clues as to the root cause of your weight issue which, in your conscious awareness, may be totally unrelated to either health or fitness. The tasks are also to assist you in your awareness of how you think. You start to notice behavioural patterns within your life.

Having completed the written tasks you will meet your therapist at a venue that you will select between the two of you. You will then work with that therapist for two days.

The Weight Change Paradigm Session – how to lose weight!

Your therapist will use a combination of Time Line Therapy™ techniques, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and even some hypnosis to work with your thinking to eliminate the cause of the weight issue. This is how to lose weight.

During those two days your therapist will assist you in letting go of negative emotions and limiting beliefs that are connected to the weight issue, They will help you assess your unconscious values in all areas of your life and realign them to give you focus on the new you.

They will help you resolve inner conflicts that sap energy and will help you install new strategies for the future.

There are many other things that the therapist will help you work through. The end result is that the root cause of the weight, the reason you created the problem unconsciously, has been fixed. Your new thinking embraces the new, happy, you.

After the session we do not give you diets or expect you to spend 8 hours a day in the gym. We do expect our clients to be motivated to eat healthily and to take some form of exercise. It doesn’t have to be strenuous!

Follow what your therapist says, and the weight will come off at sustainable rates. Usually at around 1.5kg a week ,although everyone is different. Remember rapid rate weight change is not sustainable.This is how to lose weight properly.

Additional hourly coaching sessions via skype are available after your session should you wish continued support during your weight change.
